If you love your books with a side of menage… then you are in for a treat, some “romantic roughness, furious love” That is probably the best way to describe Roman and Addie’s relationship. From the beginning these two were at odds and like magnets they pushed and pulled. It was erotic and endearing.
Addie likened herself to a honey badger, “Everyone knows honey badgers don’t give a s**t, and neither do I. Because if you tell me I can’t have something I want, I’ll only fight that much harder to get it.”
And boy does she fight for and she fights dirty (pun intended) for exactly what she wants. Be it with Roman aka Ruthless or in the courtroom. She’s a real wildcat.
Roman, Ruthless, is like an onion, he has lots of layers. At times he is just an alpha a**hole and others times he is just a big softy.
“I was instantly attracted to his alpha, bad boy looks, and add intrigue factor of sweetness just upped his hotness quotient by a lot. My va-jay jay was on board.”
They had their complications like most couples, but the scene where everything is resolved was so well written it was so vivid in my mind I was sobbing for Addie, it slayed me.
Ruthless was hot, hilarious, emotional, hot, endearing and did I mention it was hot?
Even if you aren’t a huge fan of menage, I think that you would still enjoy this book, because it’s more than just banging. Although, it does start of with a literal bang and it had me hot and bothered from the start.
