Kristen Leonard is done with setups. She’s not interested in your son or your nephew or your butcher or the guy who mows your lawn, thank you very much, grandma! After all, she’s a modern woman—she’ll take her chances on the algorithms of online dating to find her ideal man. Before long, she meets a man who might just be the one—he’s hilarious, quick-witted, and full of heart. And when she meets up with Cameron in real life, he certainly looks exactly like his profile picture…but something’s not quite right.
There’s really no telling what brought them together and all bets are off as to whether or not they can trust their hearts over their heads. After all, can you fall in love with someone you’re not sure you really even know?
Lucky Suit by Lauren Blakely is a hilarious quick read or listen, the audio book is only a couple of hours long. If you need a good book to help you catch up on your reading goal, you can pick this one up and be finished reading it in no time at all!
The best part of this entire story was Kristen’s grandmother. The story wouldn’t even exist if it wasn’t for her and she is exactly the kind of grandmother I want to be! She is smart, witty and full of spunk and she tricked her granddaughter in the best way.
Kristen and Cam, Lucky Suit, were so perfectly … suited! With this story being so short there isn’t your typical big miscommunication to drive them apart, but they do have a factor that plays into them not being able to dive head first into a relationship.
If you are looking for book that will lift your spirits and put a smile on your face, look no further.
This sounds like a fun story! I am going to have to check it out! Thanks for the review!
