Amazon has been running incredible sales and promotions on Kindle Unlimited this year and it’s more popular than ever, especially if you are a romance reader. I read plenty of romance this year from the arduous to the delightful, but this list is the best Kindle Unlimited Romance books of 2018.
When Autumn Ends by Beth Rinyu
Hauntingly beautiful. The writing was stellar, the mystery was intense and the romance slow burn perfection. The twists and turns and shocking revelations in When Autumn ends kept me up at night until I knew how this story would end!
Sweatpants Season by Danielle Allen
Sweatpants Season, was fun and flirty, but was balanced perfectly with hard hitting issues. I laughed, I swooned, I was turned on and I had gut churning fear when I could feel everything coming to a head. This story is a must read if you are looking for a provocative enemies/co-workers to lovers novel with sexually charged banter!
The Praetorian by Dawn L Chiletz
I want to stand on a rooftop and tell EVERYONE to read this book. The twists and turns kept me on my toes and the romance was so well balanced that I was falling in love while trying to figure out what was really going on because, on The Praetorian nothing is as it seems.
Amuletto Kiss by Gina LaManna
Amuletto Kiss will have your brain and emotions all over the map trying to figure out what will happen next!
With every Magic and Mixology book we learn more about Lily and her status as Mixologist and everything that entails. With every new development another layer of mystery is added in Amuletto Kiss. I think I have things figured out and I realize that I will never be able to predict what will happen next in these stories, but it’s safe to say that I will LOOOVE IT!
Exquisite Taste by JD Hollyfield
Fifty Shades meets Criminal Minds in this sultry tale of finding love in the last place you expect. Exquisite Taste is unlike anything I have read recently, it’s provocative and seductive, and perfectly balanced with humor.
All I Need by Jennifer Van Wyk
All I Need was poignant, amusing and endearing. Masterful. It took what is a common romance trope put it in a blender and poured it back out in completely unique way. It’s truly a special story about accepting people as they are and showing them what unconditional love is.
Watch and See by Jiffy Kate
Watch and See is comical, it’s flirty, it’s stalkerish, and angsty and forbidden. It pretty much has all the things! It is a journey for both of our characters one that we get watch and see them find themselves as they discover who the really are without relying on their crutches. It was heartbreaking at times, but I loved everything about this story.
Best Laid Plans by LK Farlow
It was emotional, humorous and heartwarming. As a single mother with a son from a one night stand, I was able to relate to and understand Natalie in a way that I’m not sure everyone will be able too. I cannot say enough good things about Best Laid Plans.
One More Round by Lauren Helms
One More Round is a second chance romance filled with great friendships, laughs and secrets that will keep you reading until they are all revealed. It’s angsty, but fun and flirty. The characters are charming and the banter is witty!
Hero by Lauren Rowe
Hero is SO moving, I started this book prior to church one morning, after I did my makeup, so I feel the need to issue a mascara alert. I was sitting there with tears streaming down my face from the unexpectedness of it all. I went thinking that Hero would but just as silly as the books prior and it is funny, but not to the same extreme as the others were.
Mister Bodyguard by Lauren Rowe
I couldn’t put Mister Bodyguard down and I never wanted it to end even though I easily devoured the story in a day. This is easily one of the best romantic comedies I’ve read, from the family bonds, to the drama and conflict being expertly balanced. Lauren Rowe’s writing was exquisite it.
The Coaching Hours by Sara Ney
I loved The Coaching Hours more than I thought possible. It had me laughing, crying and feeling sick to my stomach. There are a few tropes that I crave and thirst for and after reading The Coaching Hours my thirst is quenched for a little while longer.
The Bright Lights Duet by Tia Louise
Lara is so fierce and she and Mark will do everything they can to protect the ones they love, even if it means risking their own lives. The ending of Under the Lights wasn’t quite what I expected, but it was Marvelous.
Blinding Echo by Tina Saxon
My emotions were all over the map while reading Blinding Echo. I cried, I laughed. My heart heart got quite the workout while reading, it broke, it lept, it soared, it raced. I cannot say enough about this story, it’s tantalizing and enthralling. You will be anxious and sick to your stomach.
Tell me in the comments if you read any of these! Stay tuned for my top Romantic Comedies and Best Novels I read that weren’t in Kindle Unlimited!
