7 Bookish Gifts for the Reader in Your Life

Oh my goodness!! Can you believe that Christmas is right around the corner??  Just over two months left, which means that most everyone is about to start shopping! I’m going to hit up Walmart lay-a-way for my son starting this week! As readers we know it’s really hard to tell our friends and families what it is exactly we want because buying gifts for readers isn’t as simple as running to the store and picking up a book. We all love books yes, but if we tell someone exactly what book we want it takes away the surprise and I would not want someone to surprise me with a book. I’m entirely too picky about what I read for someone just be, “Surprise! I got you this random non-fiction book!”

I can’t recommend you an exact brand on these, but there is an option for every budget.  These are the perfect thing for audio book lovers! My step-mom listens to books all day long with hers, at work, at the grocery store, while cooking and cleaning. They only time you will be away from your book is when you are in the shower, which leads to the next gift on the list.

Sometimes I’m willing to venture into the tub with a paperback, but I get really nervous so this may just be the perfect companion when you can’t seem to stay away from the story.

Bathtub Caddy:

If you aren’t an audio reader but you want to read in the bath this caddy will keep your book dry and still has space for a glass of wine.
